ORDER INFORMATION AND POLICIES:
Due to manufacturer restrictions, some of our name-brands will not let you place an order or receive prices online. Please contact our sales people if you need more information about a specific item.
TO PLACE AN ORDER WE NEED:
Confirmation in writing verifying all items to be purchased must be mailed or faxed to Hart's.
All Special Orders require a nonrefundable 20% deposit before the order will be placed.
If furniture is to be shipped or delivered on Hart’s truck, we require 2 phone numbers and directions, including a street address.
HOW YOUR ORDER IS PROCESSED:
Confirmation of your order is acknowledged as quickly as possible.
After your order is placed, an approximate ship date from the manufacturer will be determined. NOTE: All orders from manufacturers must come to our store.
When the merchandise arrives at our store, you will be notified.
Payment in full is required before shipment is scheduled or upon delivery on Hart’s truck.
If you must delay delivery to your home after your furniture arrives at Hart's, payment in full is required within 21 days.
Hart's is not responsible for furniture that does not fit in the home.
